SECURE Act and COVID-19 Impacts on Employer Retirement Plans
Course Description: The Secure Act was signed into law on Dec. 20, 2019, as one of the most significant pieces of retirement plan-related legislation in many years. It impacts a wide array of tax-advantaged savings vehicles including defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, individual retirement accounts and 529 college savings plans. Our primary focus for this presentation is the impact on 401k plans and defined benefit plans.
